Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Cancellation requests are not accepted once the order has been shipped.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect (if applicable)

Conditions:

  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Supporting images or evidence may be required

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Digital products, software, or training programs
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
